What's Newz?
by Dee J. Findlay

Dear Readers,
Going over the articles in this issue on "Health Consciousness",
I took notes from each and every one to include in this column. With my
space limited, however, none can be shared, but you'll surely find your
own favorite.
Retrospectively, my mother (bless her!) is my best teacher of health
consciousness - not to mention other members of my family. We should recognize
our teachers. One takes a good look at family traits and genes, and works
from that. One is aware of the minuses (or plusses) and learns what areas
need work on or not. Using psychological, physical and holistic approaches
to known susceptable or unwanted areas, one increases awareness, healthiness
and happier livingness. So then each day, when we've tried our best, we
can leave the rest . . . to you know who!
Since my title has changed to creative director of this magazine, (guess
what?) I'm becoming more creative! (Change your title?) You may notice the
sutble changes on these 48 pages and, as always, your comments are most
welcome. Something new: the section "2000 & Beyond," also
"Mineral Kingdom." Lots of things happening. Enjoy!
