[A personal account of astral projection and out of body experiences.]

It was 3:00 AM, the magic hour when I go over the important mail that I have placed in my bathroom because I have not had time to read it. The following phenomenon occurred when I went to the bathroom and began to read a letter from Jim Carter, the owner and discoverer of the miracle Twilight Products. I had finished reading the first paragraph when this letter triggered an awesome feeling and I became very light and absolutely euphoric. I am very familiar with this feeling, for it is the beginning of what I experienced when I died. Wow, what a thrill!

I had been telling my husband that I had a prophecy that he and I were going to ascend while still here on earth, and it would replicate the experience I had when I actually died. Lou came into the bathroom just as I was feeling very light and euphoric. I handed the letter to him. He read the first few lines and exclaimed, “Oh, what on earth is happening to me? I am feeling so strange and so-o-o wonderful!” I fairly shouted, “Hurry back to bed. Remember I have been telling you we are going to ascend?”

Grabbing my hand as we scampered back to the bedroom, Lou exclaimed, “You promised to hold my hand!” He had never experienced being out of his body. I had felt this phenomenon quite a few times through dying and also by doing astral projection. I teach astral projection, but Lou had never been in my class. As we hurried back to bed, I said, “We must look at the clock so we will know how long we will have been up there in the other dimension.” It was 3:00 AM. We became lighter and lighter and were moving very fast when Lou shouted, “I’m as light as a feather. Wow! Is this what happens when a person gets out of his body?” “Exactly,” I answered. “I have tried many times to tell you what it is like but it is impossible to describe!” “I’ll say. There is no way a person could explain this! I never in my wildest dreams ever thought I’d get to experience anything like this,” Lou replied.

There is no weight to your body. You move about as though you are flying. You may or may not see wings but you will call it flying for as you move about you realize your feet are not touching anything. Having been to heaven twice and having practiced astral projection, I can tell you that both are very exciting. Going into heaven is far greater than astral projection for you are truly out of this world. With astral projection, you remain in the earth realm. I can tell you that getting out of this prison we call our body is a wonderful and exciting experience. Once you have become spirit and you find yourself above, looking down at your physical body, you will know that you are not a physical being having a spiritual experience, but rather you are spirit having a physical experience. And you will never again fear death.

This happens many times involuntarily. Most of us have read about automobile accident victims describing the phenomenon of looking down and watching the rescue squad removing their body from the wreckage. Out of body experiences often occur during operations also, where a person remembers looking down and watching the surgeon performing surgery on his or her body.

My husband’s and my ascension was just like the experience I had when I died. We were taken to the same place. The euphoria is so magnificent, there are no words to describe it. As we scurried about Heaven, I said to Lou, “What a great God to let me show you what it is like to go to Heaven, the very place I went when I died.” Lou asked, “Do you think just maybe God will let us stay?” I answered, “Probably not. When I was here before I argued with Him and begged him not to send me back but all He would say is, ‘You still have work to do down there.’”

We were “flying.” I didn’t see any wings but we were moving very fast and our feet were not touching anything. We were praising God from such great depths we did not know we possessed. There is no way to imagine the absolute serenity, peace and exhilaration. We laughed and cried for sheer joy! The light coming from God was so great we could not see Him but we knew it was God. One would think a light that bright would hurt your eyes but it doesn’t. As we returned to earth, we looked at the clock and saw it was just after 8:00 AM. We had been in Heaven over five hours!

God knew my husband would be going back to Heaven, because just nine months after this awesome adventure, he did leave the earth plane. I thank God that I got to show him the place and the way. But at the time of our adventure together, little did I know that our wonderful ascension had been for a very real purpose. That purpose was revealed nine months later when Lou repeated this experience for good! He died. His death followed our format exactly! It was the roughest time of my life, but what a Victory for him!

My very psychic friend Glenn called and told me that he saw Lou die. Glenn said that Lou was sitting on the side of the bed when he began to ascend. His description was exactly the way Lou and I had ascended together nine months earlier. Glenn said, “As Lou began to ascend and was near the ceiling, he looked back and saw his body sitting on the side of the bed. Lou chuckled and exclaimed, ‘Well, for Heaven’s sake!’ and just kept going.” My friend could not have known that I had brought a urinal to the bedroom and told Lou to use it. He had bumped his leg on the step while bringing in the groceries from our shopping trip and I didn’t want him putting any strain on that leg. The 911 squad confirmed this. There were a couple of drops of urine in the urinal. So, he really was sitting on the side of the bed. They said there was no sign of struggle at all. It was as if Lou didn’t die; he just left. Their description of Lou’s passing was almost the same as Glenn’s version. He just repeated our former ascension together.
