Peridot

Also called olivine, it is found in crystals, masses, clusters and graining.
The color is green and yellow-green (in rare cases red, yellow-brown, green-brown
and honey). Helps one to see imperfect and troublesome aspects of oneself,
thus helping one to overcome and grow (improve). Helps create an intellectual
openness to matters of the heart and personal relationships. It stimulates
the heart and solar plexus chakras. Helps one to understand the cycles in
one's life whether they are emotional, physical, mental or intellectual.
Once you have cleansed, balanced and energized the chakras, it is an excellent
stone to wear to protect the body against things which might unbalance it.
It provides a shield against outside influences and their potential effects.
Keep in mind that it does not protect you from yourself and that influence
will eventually break down the incredible protection offered by the stone.
It helps to heal a bruised ego, reduces jealousy and anger, helping to inspire
appreciation of the beauty of one's life. It helps to locate things which
are lost in the physical world. In ancient Egypt it was used to help the
physical body stay youthful, especially the skin. Among its attributes it
tends to strengthen and regenerate the body. Works on heart, lungs, spleen
and intestinal tract. Also helps with eye dysfunctions. It is sometimes
added to stones used in healing of ulcers and stomach dysfunctions. Additionally
it has been used during birth to stimulate contractions and opening of the
birth canal.
Natrolite

Natrolite is extremely beautiful, delicate and fragile. Found as fibrous
and radial masses with slender vertically striated crystals, many of them
about the size of hundreds of needles. It is most often found white and
colorless although it can be found in yellow, red and gray. This wonderful
crystal is the tool used to connect the intellect and a channeled entity
or to a walk-in when it is in the physical body. It aids in the connection
of human energies with mineralogical, global and universal energies. Some
of the healing attributes with which the stone works are as follows: Fear
of water, body swelling, water retention, anemia and arteriosclerosis. For
me, personally, it has been very helpful in clarifying light images which
have come to me during meditation, thus allowing me to understand their
meaning and what they are associated with. It has an absolutely serene,
clear, energetic nature. Due to its fragility it does not make a good pocket
stone but serves much better as a focusing stone on its own personal pedestal.
