When the "Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds", which is made-up of millions of worlds, extends itself in friendship to a planet or planetary system, you can be sure that certain measures are implemented to assure that the planet being invited to take part in this gallant and noble experiment is compatible.
The Confederation does not allow planets to join unless they are in agreement with the ideals and principals that they hold sacred. They take their freedoms very seriously, just as we should. After all, the reason that this Cosmic Fellowship was formed was to protect the rights and freedoms, as well as a way of life that is and was sacred for millions of our years!
We as a planet now live in a time in which the world has shrunk. Our internet access now allows us to communicate with people worldwide and with the new web telephones, laptops and fax machines people can actually speak to each other for the price of a local call! The time for global communication has never been better and we are the first generation to be able to easily accomplish this outstanding feat.
Yes, it is the destiny of planet earth for each country to work together in harmony, but not as one big beige homogeneous experience, but as unique sovereign nations, who need to agree on such things as human rights, the environment, and dangerous war toys.
When a country such as China is granted "favored nation status" and relies upon what can only be described as "slave labor" one must question what is the goal of our government? Can we as individuals and as a country really embrace such a degrading demoralizing concept? By accepting these slave-made products into our homes and business are not we dealing ourselves another round of bad karma when we cannot compete with this almost free labor?
We must wake-up and demand our leaders ban these products made in countries where those people at the top ruthlessly exploit the helpless masses. Then perhaps these poor pitiful people will not have to run away to escape from their own countries to come here in search of a life for themselves. Now, companies in the US are making their products for almost free in our prisons!
Can one really be friends with a person, country or planet that does not revere human life? Love and respect are necessary for each one of us to thrive in our higher self. Honor colors one's thoughts, words and deeds. When we honor that which is the best in us and aspire to ever greater balance, beauty and understanding of the laws of the universe, we awaken that which is the best in mankind.
Friendship is an agreement either implied or formally acknowledged that forges an alliance. Some people mistakenly think that discernment is being judgmental and that unconditional love is the answer. But does unconditional love just stand by and do nothing when the weak are being exploited? Where Is our commitment to brotherly love, as in our actions. Despair is truly all around us and yet we have the ability to care enough to lift each other out of it. Which reminds me of the old "Boy's Town" poster which showed an older boy trudging through the cold and snow carrying a younger boy and finally having arrived to sanctuary where a friendly priest met him at last. The caption showed the elder brother saying, "He's not heavy father, he's my brother."
In India, there are many holy men and yet there is much suffering and pain. The reason for this extreme in India, we feel, is due to their concept that if you are walking down the street and you see a man drowning in the lake near by, it would be because of his "bad karma" and to interfere would be robbing him of his soul experience and also perhaps create some bad karma for the interferer. And so the walker/watcher might say, "Oh, look at that poor man." But he would not bother to jump in and assist him.
The "New Dispensation" was the when our commander-in-chief of the Intergalactic Confederation and Direct Paradise Son from the godhead took earth embodiment almost 2,000 years ago and said, "You are your brother's keeper. Remember, love your neighbor as yourself." Under this new dispensation the man walking by would instead think, "It is this man's good karma that I should be walking by while he is drowning. I shall help save him." Love expressed is definitely better than love repressed!
Some day in, perhaps, as many feel, the not to distant future, the Intergalactic Confederation will openly embrace our planet and say, "We welcome you, our brothers and sisters to universal brotherhood!" Until that time we must struggle to be "noble beings and the light of the world" as we are most cer-tainly meant to be.
